ALA Renovations ("ALA Renovations," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed California contractor (CSLB License #1137269) providing solar installation, roofing, construction, and electrical services in Los Angeles and Southern California. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit alarenovations.com (the "Website"), request a quote, communicate with us by phone, email, or text message, or use our services (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or submit your information.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us

Contact and quote request details: first and last name, email address, phone number, city, ZIP code, service address, the service you are interested in, and any message you send us.

Project and property information: property address, roof type and condition, electrical panel details, photos of your home or roof, HOA information, and measurements or notes gathered during a site visit or inspection.

Energy information (solar projects): utility provider, account number, electricity usage history, and copies of utility bills you provide so we can size a system and prepare a proposal, permits, and utility interconnection applications.

Financing information: if you choose to apply for financing, a loan, or a lease, you may provide information such as income, date of birth, and Social Security number directly to our financing partner, or to us for submission to that partner. Credit decisions are made by the financing provider, not by ALA Renovations.

If you provide your phone number and consent, ALA Renovations may contact you by phone call, pre-recorded message, and text message about our products, services, appointments, and your project. These communications may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below:

Service providers: companies that help us operate our business, such as website hosting, CRM and scheduling software, messaging and email platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, and IT support. They may use your information only to perform services for us.

Subcontractors and installation partners: licensed trades, engineers, and crews who help complete your project.

Financing partners: lenders or leasing companies you choose to apply with, at your direction.

Equipment manufacturers: to register products and process warranty claims.

Advertising and analytics partners: we disclose device, usage, and event data through cookies and pixels, as described in Section 5. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

  • Customer and project records: for the duration of the project plus the applicable warranty period and any period required by contractor licensing, tax, or other law.
  • SMS and call consent records and opt-out requests: as long as needed to document compliance with telemarketing laws.
  • Cookie and analytics data: according to the retention settings of the relevant tool.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls limiting information to employees and partners who need it, and trusted software providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law. Please do not send Social Security numbers or full financial account numbers to us by regular email or text.

We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will review it at least once every 12 months. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
